Our February CareGiver of the Month goes to...Evelina Ranonyte!
What does it mean to be a CareGiver with us?
It means you are the best of the best, well that’s our opinion anyway! You are given top quality training, full 4-day induction, shadowing with a Senior and continued refresher training. To be a Care Assistant you are compassionate, you are caring, you have a love for the job you do.
What does it mean to be CareGiver of the Month?
You have gone above and beyond what was expected of you. A Carer who has received compliments from peers or compliments from clients. A Care Worker who is truly committed to their responsibilities!
February 2022 – Evelina Ranonyte
Evelina started with us in November covering Worcester Park and Raynes Park, and since starting has been incredible. Care has come naturally to Evelina; all her clients love her!
Every client she has worked with so far has commented on what an excellent Carer she is and how they are blessed to have her.
Evelina goes above and beyond every week with her clients. Recently Evelina took extra time before her shift to pot and plant individual Daffodils for her clients, ready to bloom for spring. Also, on Valentine’s Day, Evelina bought each of her clients a single rose. More recently on Pancake Day, Evelina prepped and made pancakes before her shift and bought them for her clients!
Evelina is an extremely thoughtful and caring person. She is always thinking about her clients and how she can spark some positivity into their lives.
Evelina is a wonderful person and even better Care Assistant, and all the little things make a difference to her clients. Eveline is a cherished employee of Right at Home!
