What types of night care are there available:

  1. Waking watch nights. A carer would remain awake throughout the night, providing complete support and regular checks, This service could be suitable for someone living with dementia, who has a tendency to wander around the house and may become disorientated or finds it hard to settle at nights. It is also a popular service following a hospital discharge, to help someone settle back in at home or for a person nearing the end of their life. Our carer would be on-hand to offer reassurance and most importantly keep that person safe.
  2. Sleep-in nights. With this service, the carer would check on the client before going to sleep in a nearby room and again would check on the client before they leave in the morning. This service provides reassurance to the client that the carer would wake up in the case of emergency or an the occasional visit to assist someone to the bathroom.
