Open Day Preparations – Win a Kindle Fire HD

Were preparing for our formal open day on the 9th May 2018 in Hatfield Town Centre.
Visit our stand in White Lion Square between 10 am and 4 pm.
Win an Amazon Kindle Fire HD tablet donated by CeX Hatfield
There will be activities, information, prizes and if they arrive in time giveaways and sweets.
The main aim of the day is to let people know that we are in the area and
we can provide high-quality home care and companionship services.
We are also raising money for the Isabel Hospice charity and promoting local businesses.
If all goes to plan we shall be doing the following on the day
- Prize Draw (sponsored by local retailers) – Star prize Win the Amazon Kindle Fire HD tablet
- Games & Challenges:
- Guess the number of sweets in the jar
- Can you identify the celebrity?
- Do you remember the Era?
- Try to shave a balloon.
- Providing information on our services:
- Home Care services
- Companionship
- On being a CareGiver
- Dementia Friends Sessions – As Dementia champions, we can deliver a FREE dementia friends session to people or your employees. Just ask us.
- We will also have information available from other voluntary services in the area
- Isabel Hospice
- Falls Prevention from HCPA (Hertfordshire Care Providers Association)
- Carers in Herts (passport of discounts for unpaid carers)
- HADs (Hertfordshire Action on Disability)
- HHAS (Hertfordshire Hearing Advisory Service)
- Herts vision Loss
All proceeds from the event will be donated to Isabel Hospice in the name of our late Mayor Lynne Sparks
You won’t be able to miss us! Just look for the Bright Orange Stand.
It’s also Market Day so come and see what the other vendors are selling in the area.
