Gold Standard Appraisal Programme

• Available for all roles the programme helps you to identify what outstanding performance looks like and demonstrate the amazing work you do
• Staff find it very useful for guiding them to discover the direction in which they wish to progress

Training Courses

• Right at Home offers ‘mix and match’ courses, allowing bespoke, tailored support and unique development opportunities to be created for each individual so you can forge your own path in social care.
• The courses allow you to: meet the needs of your particular role or progress into a different role, depending on your goals.
• Some of the training courses on offer include but are not limited to:[Care certificate training, in house and external client specific training
• Sarah our senior caregiver recently attended a 3 day moving and assisting course to give her a level 3 qualification. Sarah thought the training was exceptional and would be a massive help

 

Specialisms

• Once CareGivers have spent some time with Clients, they soon learn that they may have skills or interests that lead them to excel in specific areas such as dementia care specialist/end of life care/team development and shadowing
• We offer courses to support you to specialise in certain aspects of care delivery , for example, End of Life care, Dignity Champion.

 

 

Training Academy

• Right at Home UK is an approved ‘Advantage Accreditation’ centre, this allows Right at Home North Cheshire and Leigh to provide a team member the opportunity to train, learn and then deliver high quality training courses inhouse to our own care team
• These courses are perfect for more senior team members, training coordinators and those looking to become a trainer
• Sessions include: Presentation Skills, Train the Trainer: Moving, Assisting and Hoisting, Train the Trainer: Basic Life Support and Train the Trainer: Medication Administration

Manager’s Essential Standards

• For any Registered Managers looking to join a team that provides more support and training, or any senior team members looking to upskill themselves to develop into a managerial role
• Delivered over the course of a week, this bespoke Right at Home programme includes sessions on: Customer Experience, Leadership, HR, GDPR, Compliance and Train the Trainer: CareGiver Induction.
• We believe our RMs are the best in the industry and even at this level deserve support and the opportunity for growth.
