The business is led by Shirley Wright (Registered Manager) and she is supported by Jonathan Beckett (Co-Managing Director and James Levine (Co-Managing Director). The Senior Leadership team all share the same passion and belief that we can set new standards in Care and we challenge each other daily to ensure that we are always aiming higher to achieve this goal.

Our staff are well trained and completely understand that to work for us they need to be the best that they can be. We are very lucky to have such a committed team and we like to think we recognise their efforts in the best possible way.
