Hi, my name is Emma, I am the Client Experience Lead and a Caregiver for Right at Home Stevenage, Letchworth and Hitchin. I began my care career with Right at Home April 2023, where everyday since then I have spent with our lovely clients and the team has been an absolute delight. 

Changing my career path from the manufacturing and engineering world into social care & NHS is one of the best choices I have made throughout my learning and development. Not only as a Caregiver, I also work for the East of England Ambulance services. I am passionate, self-motivated, and love to inspire people to reach their full potential. 

At Right at Home, we provide personalised care focusing on the wellbeing of the individual maintaining high quality care when it is needed most. Each individual has their own hobbies and interests that they once, or still, enjoy doing. The Client Experience team would like to support our clients to enjoy these hobbies or experience new and exciting activities. These activities could be arts and crafts, watching a football match, the theatre, or carol singing at the most wonderful time of the year. It is our ambition to make these dreams come true!

Being part of the community, making a difference to others' wellbeing, in turn leads to a fuller, more compassionate, rewarding outcome of life. We really do have the best clients here at Right at Home, and I am super proud of the team and what we do! ❤️
